This is the second pre-owned car I have bought at Suntrup and will be back when I need another. Armin, the sales rep was amazingly helpful, kind and knowledgeable. He was professional and courteous and worked hard to make sure that we were happy and felt comfortable with our purchase. Kumar, the Finanace manager was also very professional and took time to explain everything so that we had the right coverage and best loan. They both took time to make sure that we were getting the best deal we could. I can’t say enough about either of them – Armin and Kumar were excellent and a pleasure to deal with.

Kelly took the time to help us find the right car for our family. She made sure to have much of the paperwork done ahead of time so when we came in for the actual purchase with our two kids, it wasn’t a nightmare trying to get them to behave. It was a breeze! My husband and I were looking for a certain car in particular. We went to the lot on a whim and was told that they had a car matching our description on a nearby lot. Our sales rep Gordon Martin ran to get the car and took us on a test drive. He even let us run by the house to make sure that it would fit into the garage. He was able to get us the car we loved for the price we were looking for. After we had the car for around a month the driver’s door handle broke. They fixed the part at no cost to us. During the whole experience we were provided with great, friendly, professional service. We will definitely be back for our next cars.
